Azealia Banks has revealed plans to quit social media but do you really care?
The Harlem-born rapper announced on Monday that she would be quitting all types of social media over the “overly sensitive reactions” she receives from the public.
“I’m seriously tired of peoples feelings. I’m tired of seeing their overly sensitive reactions and responses to everything. I’m tired of having everything I say or do be monitored and I’m tired of being told how I should be behaving,” Banks wrote.
“I’m quitting Facebook, and any other form of social media that allows me to engage with people,” the 25-year-old continued.
Banks was banned from Twitter in May over racist remarks she made towards One Directioner Zayn Malik, where she called him a “sand n—-r who emulates white boys’ rendition of black male hood” and a “f—-t
Banks concluded on her facebook page by saying, “My legacy can’t live and die on the Internet.
