Charlie Sheen Sued For $300K by American Express
Actor Charlie Sheen is being sued for $300k. American Express is suing the star over an unpaid and enormous balance of nearly $300,000, TMZ reported on Monday.
The credit card company is claiming the 50-year-old has failed to make payments totaling a whopping $287,879.28 and has $8,357.69 just in late fees.
The “Two and a Half Men” alum who announced he was HIV positive in November and claimed he was extorted out of $10 million didn’t deny that AMEX has reached its limit with him.
“If I was AMEX, I’d be suing me too!” he told TMZ.
Sheen reportedly blamed his failure to make payments on a former business manager.
In March, the aging bad-boy complained of his financial woes, filing for reduction in child support payments to ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.
