Chris Brown Kicks off “The Party Tour”
The party tour has finally started.
Chris Brown got “The Party” started on Friday when he kicked off the U.S. tour in Baltimore.
The long-awaited concert opened with a jumbotron countdown followed by DJ Khaled’s booming voice. “They don’t want us to win,” he said over the arena sound system. “So we gon’ win more. They don’t want us to party, so Chris Brown’s bringing you ‘The Party Tour.’ When I say ‘Chris,’ you say ‘Brown!’ When I say ‘Team,’ you say ‘Breezy!’ I introduce you to the legendary, iconic, my friend, my brother, Chris Brown.”
Breezy knows how to make an entrance. Emerging from the ceiling, floating in the air, flipping backwards, and singing upside down, Brown jumped into a performance of “Wrist.” While suspended in the air, he donned a pinstriped suit jacket and matching shorts, giving off some ACDC vibes with a CB twist.
Special guests include Fabolous, O.T. Genasis, and Kap G. “The Party” continues in cities including Boston, Miami, Brooklyn, Chicago, and Houston, wrapping in Los Angeles on May 23.
