How Kanye West Ate The Humble Pie By Stalling ‘Yandhi’ Release For Lil Wayne’s New Album
Humble isn’t a card Kanye West plays often, but he is ahead of the release of his new album ‘YANDHI.’
Due tomorrow, much excitement surrounds the set – which comes just three months after the rollout of a slew of Yeezy projects, including last solo offering ‘Ye.’
However, hovering over his set is the eagerly anticipated and long-awaited arrival of Lil Wayne‘s ‘Tha Carter V.’
In serving as the Young Money Maestro’s first LP in seven years (and his first since engaging in a lengthy legal tussle with Birdman), it appears all eyes, ears, and coins are heading Weezy’s way.
Even Kanye agrees. So much so that he sent out a PSA of sorts.
Check it out below…
we’re releasing Yandhi Saturday night
We know it will come in number 2 to my brother Lil Wayne and that’s lovely
The universe needs Ye and Wayne music at the same time

Smart of Mr M.A.G.A to get in front of the “#2” narrative before folk take it and run with it.
