Mac Miller Nets Second No. 1 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums With ‘Divine Feminine’

Mac Miller enters the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart at No. 1 with his latest set, The Divine Feminine, selling 32,000 copies in the week ending Sept. 22 (according to Nielsen Music).

It’s his second time crowning the chart, and first since Blue Slide Park led the chart for a week in 2011.

The release spurs album cut “Dang!,” featuring Anderson .Paak, onto the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart at No. 45 — due mostly to 3.6 million weekly streams (up 185 percent). The majority of streams for the track, which was originally released July 28, stem from Spotify plays (46 percent).

Elsewhere, Divine Feminine is the highest entry on the all-genre multi-metric Billboard 200 chart, arriving with 48,000 equivalent units earned.
