Ciara recently released her new album ‘Beauty Marks’ on her newly launched label of the same name. And she’s playing no games as she embarks on her journey as CEO.
Because CiCi has officially been accepted in Harvard University.
A rep for the ‘Level Up’ singer confirms that she has enrolled in Ivy League’s Business Of Entertainment, Media and Sports program.
Per the syllabus, students on the course will “develop and execute more effective business strategies, debate and analyze the business and technology trends that are redefining the industry and “learn how to launch and manage creative products and portfolios more strategically.”
Speaking on the move, the married mother of two said:
“I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path that I’m so thankful for. This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement! Thank you @anitaelberse for a once in in a lifetime opportunity to attend @Harvard BEMS.
Ciara’s business acumen as an indie act has shown ample promise already; ‘Level Up’ has been certified Gold, she’s graced major stages and magazines, and has stacked up some of her most lucrative endorsement deals in the last year.
More power to her.
