The Grammy-winner may currently courting audiences of thousands on his electrifying ‘INDIGOAT’ tour, but he may be summoned to court if a former backup dancer has her way.

The Blast first reported about the docs filed by Griffin. According to the dancer’s suit, Angel – the makeup artist on the video’s set – “carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (Griffin’s) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.”
With the incident reportedly causing harm to both of the dancer’s eyes, she’s seeking $25,000 for “loss of past and present wages” and damages from Brown and his production team (whom she claims “had a duty to properly train its employees and agents on the use of dangerous substance including fake liquid blood when preparing dancers and performers for the music video”).
As of time reported, the singer has not responded to the claims.
