Cuba Gooding Jr is in trouble.
The ‘Fighting Temptations’ actor is accused of doing anything but after a woman accused him of groping her at a Manhattan bar and was charged with one count of misdemeanour forcible touching.

He denies the allegation and turned himself into the Manhattan Special Victim’s Unit with help from his attorney Mark Heller who insists that Cuba is on the receiving end of a maliciously false accusation.
