Their collaboration “Say So” rises to No. 1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100, earning both artists their first leader on the chart. The song, which originally appeared on Doja’s album Hot Pink, jumps 6-1 following the remix with Minaj.
Minaj lands her 109th entry on the Hot 100 with “Say So.” She holds the record for the longest that a Hot 100-topping artist has had to wait for a first No. 1. She first appeared on the Hot 100 in February 2010 with Lil Wayne’s “Knockout.” “Say So” is also Minaj’s 18th Hot 100 top 10. She previously peaked at No. 2 with “Anaconda” in 2014.
Additionally, she has the most Hot 100 entries among women in the chart’s history, and now ties Elvis Presley for the fourth-most entries among all acts.
