She has gone from playing at clubs around Lagos with little support from parents to headlining gigs and a director at SCREAM Awards (a platform rewarding the best emerging talents). DJ born Sandra Uduimoh is quoted as saying she started out as a rapper at the age of 14. She is rated as number 5 top DJ in Nigeria by DJANE.

DJ Sexy J started her professional disc jockey career performing at various night clubs, especially in the African community in New York. DJ Sexy J has performed with several Nigerian musicians like Musiliu Harun Ishola, Pepenazi, Slimcase and Mz Kiss. 

She released her first single which was produced by Boldface and titled Eyes on You in 2020 which featured vocals from Kosere. On October 1 2020, she released a dancehall song with Pepenazi titled Dance to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Nigerian independence and it was produced by Dawie .

“A dancehall song that gives you the liberty to express yourself via dance irrespective of whatever is bothering you; more reason why we chose an independence day release to further join in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of our dearest country Nigeria,” she was quoted as saying in an interview

Dj Karty born Precious Udego is a rising disc jockey in Lagos. She came to acclaim following the release of her 2020 Boredom Breaker Mix – where she curated some of the finest Afrobeats hits from the likes of Davido, Wizkid, Burnaboy and several other Afrobeats stars. She says she is “all for new-school vibes” as some say she gives off Paris Hilton vibes but she knows her deck.
